Abstract: Given that sex is a socially relevant category, and because the same facts do not affect the same way or have the same impact on men than on women, within this article we analize what are some of those affectations that can be differentiated in relation to the right of an adequate housing and its infringement. The sex variable is performed as the focus of this analysis considering the female perspective and the legislative recognition that the Argentine Government has done on the human right to adequate housing
