Abstract: require.Perhaps these are given in other volumes of the series, but there are no cross-references and the book in no way resembles an encycloptcdia.Knowledge of how the fat-soluble vitamins work at the cell level has for long been far behind similar knowledge of the water-soluble vitamins.It is now beginning to catch up and this book describes some exciting advances and points the way to others to come.It is a valuable contribu- tion to scientific literature.
