Abstract: A novel sweep-frequency eddy current instrument has been constructed for measuring density-depth profiles in oxidized graphite. Development work on additional parts of the instrumentation package, that was to be tested in the Fort St. Vrain High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor, has been temporarily halted. This report documents the work which has been accomplished to date and presents the current status of the equipment development effort.
