Abstract: Interleukin-8 is a 72-residue peptide which is chemotactic for neutrophils and T-lymphocytes. It crystallizes in space group P3(1)21 or P3(2)21 with unit cell dimensions of a = b = 40.3 and c = 90.1 A. X-ray diffraction data have been measured to 1.6-A resolution.
