Group Inbreeding With Two Linked Loci
Year: 1969

Abstract: convenient way of characterizing the effects of inbreeding is by means of the coefficient, a probability measure that genes at one locus in an individual are identical by descent ( MALBCOT 1948).The probability arguments for determining the coefficient center on the identity relations between uniting gametes.A measure of the relationship between two individuals, the coancestry coefficient, is the probability measure for gametes provided by those individuals.
