Stem Cell Mobilization In Patients With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma Following Therapy With Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone
Year: 2009
Type: article
Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: Background: Lenalidomide based regimens appear to impact the ability to harvest adequate number of stem cells for transplantation. In order to identify factors predicting for poor mobilization, we studied patients who underwent an attempt at stem cell mobilization after receiving lenalidomide and dexamethasone as primary therapy for myeloma.
