Abstract: Many studies have shown that anatomic ACL reconstruction better restore knee kinematics close to a native condition as compared to the traditional non-anatomic reconstruction.. This paper provides the ACL surgeon with solutions to revise failed ACL reconstructions in an anatomic fashion utilizing the anatomic primary reconstruction concept in revision cases.
