Abstract: The $\mathrm{CP}$ parameters \ensuremath{\epsilon} and ${\ensuremath{\epsilon}}^{\ensuremath{'}}/\ensuremath{\epsilon}$ are calculated in the aspon model of spontaneous $\mathrm{CP}$ violation, a model which solves the strong $\mathrm{CP}$ problem. A new range for the scale of spontaneous breaking of $\mathrm{CP}$ is found. It is shown that ${\ensuremath{\epsilon}}^{\ensuremath{'}}/\ensuremath{\epsilon}$ is suppressed by $\ensuremath{\sim}{x}^{2}{v}^{2}/({\ensuremath{\kappa}}^{2}{\mathrm{sin}}^{5}{\ensuremath{\theta}}_{C})\ensuremath{\sim}5\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}3}$ relative to the standard model. If experiment finds that ${\ensuremath{\epsilon}}^{\ensuremath{'}}/\ensuremath{\epsilon}$ is ${10}^{\ensuremath{-}4}$ or greater in magnitude, it will mean that the present approach to spontaneous $\mathrm{CP}$ violation is excluded.
