Abstract: The observations of 31 Cyg made at the Rosemary Hill Observatory of the University of Florida are listed. Three spectral ranges were outlined by narrow-band Gyldenkerne filters, and a fourth was in the red near Ha. The atmospheric nature of the eclipse, at least for the two shortest wavelengths observed, seems clearly established. Detailed discussion is postponed until observations made elsewhere using the same filter system are published. Key words: eclipsing binaries - atmospheric eclipse - photometry
