Abstract: It is with great anticipation that we await the upcoming 22nd International Pigment Cell Conference (IPCC) in Singapore from 3–7 September. The triennial meeting is the official meeting of the International Federation of Pigment Cell Societies (IFPCS). Abstracts for this meeting are included in this issue of Pigment Cell & Melanoma Research and reflect the remarkable recent advances in this field. The meeting serves to unite pigment cell researchers from around the globe and will encourage collaborations that will produce findings to be presented at IPCC 2017.
