Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the attributed importance of the construction and diffusion of favourable images for the Roman Severan Emperors. So their images was a way of Iegimating their imperial power. These researched images had integrated the political memory of the severans governments. Key words: Roman Empire, memory, power.
