Abstract: A recent study showed 71.6% of patients who received plerixafor plus G-CSF collected >6 × 106 CD34+ cells/kg in≤2 apheresis procedures when compared to placebo plus G-CSF. We analyzed retrospectively two tandem autologous transplant protocols where cyclophosphamide plus G-CSF (Cy-G) was used as mobilization therapy.
