Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the essence of the demography education quality with \nreference to the directions and strategy of country’s development. An aging population, migration, \nincreasing life expectancy, are just few examples of the demographic challenges facing Poland. \nThese problems should be seen as crucial in the context of prosperity and competitiveness of \nnational economy. In accordance to the above it is significant to provide sufficient training of \nspecialists who will be able to estimate the level of occurrences, their spatial distribution and \nsocio-economic impacts.
