Abstract: Ghaturvedipoints out the imperative need to do something about the second highest risk group for getting and spreading this disease-drug addicts.Toward this end three 'tasks' are proposed: "to dissuade people from ever starting the habit" (good luck!); "to offer counselling and possibly screening to existing addicts;" and to consider "whether addicts should be offered free disposable needles."
