Abstract: The initial scalar field amplitude 0 corresponding to Figs. 15-19 was incorrectly stated as M P /30. It is actually M P /300, which gives a corrected bound of M P /300 for the maximum initial inflaton amplitude for efficient parametric resonanceinduced particle creation in our model.
