Preparation and Structure of a Novel PS/Fe3O4 Nanochain

Abstract: The novel PS/Fe3O4 nanochain was successfully synthesized via solvothermal and self polymerization method. The as-prepared PS/Fe3O4 nanochain was extensively characterized by TEM, SEM, XRD and VSM. These results indicated that Fe3O4 had the spherical structure, and the average diameter reached approximately 400 nm. PS/Fe3O4 possessed good chain structure and excellent magnetic property (Ms = 37.07 emu/g).
