Source of materialThe title compound was prepared by reduction of the corresponding isoxazoline [1-7] using LiAltU.After protection of the amine as carbamate, the resulting /V-Вос protected aminodiol was dimesylated.Crystallization from petroleum ether/ethyl acetate (4:1) furnished the title compound as an ethyl acetate solvate in the form of colourless crystals (mp 361 К -362 Κ, [α]^ = -4.2,с = 1.50, CHCb).
