Abstract: We would like to report an error in the discussion on how the normalized glandular dose (DgNCT) varies with different parameters. In page 4116 of the Results section, a sentence states that “As expected, DgNCT decreases with increasing glandular fraction, increasing breast diameter, and increasing chest wall-to-nipple distance.” Based on the results the last “increasing” should be “decreasing,” so the whole sentence should state “As expected, DgNCT decreases with increasing glandular fraction, increasing breast diameter, and decreasing chest wall-to-nipple distance.” This is clearly shown by the data in Table I, and the previously published results referred in the paper. This error does not affect any of the conclusions in the paper.
