Abstract: The cover picture shows the laser‐facilitated Desorption/Ionization on Silicon (DIOS) process that allows for intact biomolecule generation in the gas phase and high‐throughput mass analyses. The DIOS platform is the basis of the mass spectrometry plate reader, described on p. 921 ff. by Z.‐x. Shen, G. Siuzdak et al., for enzyme‐ inhibitor and enzyme‐activity studies.
