Abstract: The behaviour of a coupled electron-proton spin system exposed to four radiation fields has been analysed. Starting from electron and proton spin magnetisations the authors have developed a method of constructing their equations of motion which can describe the dynamics of the coupled spin system. Applications to the cases of ESR, ENDOR and ELDOR are presented.
