Abstract: We aim for a consistent understanding of various scaling relations reported for self-gravitating systems, based on the proposal that the collisionless dark matter fluid turns into a turbulent state, i.e. dark turbulence, after crossing the caustic surface in the non-linear stage. Kolmogorov scaling laws with a constant energy flow per mass of 0.3 cm2/s3 are suggested from observations.
