Abstract: This special issue of Technology in Cancer Research and Treatment focuses on the versatility of electroporation. Contributed papers report on the basic mechanisms as well as the use of this procedure ex vivo and in vivo. In addition, recent studies utilizing in vivo electroporation for plasmid DNA and drug delivery are presented.
