Abstract: A computer program to solve the conservation equations of twodimensional elastic-plastic flow has been implemented at LLL on the CDC 7600 machine. The program, named HEMP, is written in an expanded FORTRAN IV language. This user's manual explains the operation and use of the program. A section is provided that will aid in converting the program to other machines and systems. (auth)
