Abstract: Launching a new journal is always a risky affair. It reminds one of the scenes from King Henry IV in which Glendower says, “I can call spirits from the vasty deep” and Hotspur replies, “But will they come when you do call for them?” In this instance, I believe that the editors can have confidence that readers will come.
