Abstract: Answering two questions of Beresnevich and Velani, we develop zero-one laws in both simultaneous and multiplicative Diophantine approximation. Our proofs mainly rely on a versatile Cassels–Gallagher type theorem and the cross fibering principle of Beresnevich, Haynes and Velani.
