Abstract: These equations were used correctly to calculate the data in columns 4 and 5 of Table XII of TG-43U1S1, but were included incorrectly in the report text. The AAPM Low Energy Brachytherapy Source Dosimetry Work Group appreciates the contributions to this erratum from Dr. Keith Furutani, who brought the errors to our attention.
