Abstract: P membrane PtdIns Vps34 Vps15 PtdIns(3)P Vps30 P P Vps38 CPY sorting Complex II Vps30 is the Beclin homologue.Vps15 is anchored to the pre-autophagosomal membrane by myristic attached to the N-terminus of Vps15.Apg14 and Vps38 act as connectors between Vps30 and Vps15-Vps34.Phosphorylation of Vps34 by Vps15 is required for the interaction between Vps34 and Vps15.Complex I and complex II function in macroautophagy and CPY sorting, respectively.
