What this means is good biopsycho-social primary care, family and internal medicine, and detection of psychosomatic mechanisms in the development of different chronic diseases such as asthma, hypertension, coronary heart disease, inflammatory bowel disease, diabetes, atopic dermatitis and chronic arthritis.
