High-throughput microfluidics and ultrafast optics for in vivo compound/genetic discoveries
Year: 2010
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: We developed microfluidic and ultrafast optical technologies that enable high-throughput whole-animal neural regeneration studies. These technologies allow automated and rapid manipulation and non-invasive immobilization of C. elegans for sub-cellular resolution two-photon imaging and femtosecond-laser nanosurgery.
