Abstract: The growing development of nanotechnology in the last five years necessitates that we ensure the safety of products brought to market, and confirm the real benefits of their use for consumers. The national debate initiated on this subject has demonstrated the extent of the questions raised, and has imposed on us the need for a new governance.
