Abstract: We can make informality a strong concept that allows us to discuss the problems of regulating the dominant economy in its search for more sustainable development. The informality of the circular economy intersects the economy and the environment with the aim of achieving the ecological pillar of sustainable development, while the social economy intersects the economy and the social to achieve the equitable pillar. In this paper, we defend the hypothesis that the informality of the social economy will contribute to the circular economy while one might think the opposite. A learning dynamic can then be established between the two types of economy. We will validate this hypothesis by analyzing the case of an incubator open to social entrepreneurship and two structures for integration through economic activity. JEL Codes : L31, M21, Q57
