Abstract: Cytogenetics at diagnosis is the most powerful prognostic factor in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients treated with conventional chemotherapy. However, less is known about the prognostic significance of initial cytogenetics on patients who undergo allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHCT).
