Abstract: This paper is a research proposal on behavioral interventions for intra-organizational adoption of E-Procurement (EP).First of all, the need for EP adoption research is shown based on adoption theory, EP research, and managerial practice.Next, a research framework is developed and elaborated using different theoretical perspectives.A mixed-method research approach is suggested using case research followed by a large scale survey.This research contributes to (EP) adoption theory and managerial practice by providing the theoretical basis to develop a program of interventions to effectively increase individual EP adoption in an intra-organizational context.
