In old CTM book described breast cancer as “Yan” and considered it is significantly related to emotional change special depression and lifetime hardship. In early stages, acupuncture and herb medicine can be considered as alternative medicine for treatment. Exercise to maintain good emotion can be considered as an effective way to prevent from breast cancer. However, better-designed trials of CAM/CTM methods on breast cancer prevention, progression, treatment and outcomes are needed in order to standardize their use as we move towards the personal medicine approach. Regular screen breast cancer in conventional medicine and early stage treatment is important.
