Abstract: RESUMOEste trabalho discute sobre a existência da tensão, entre uma sociedade cada vez mais centrada no conhecimento digitalizado, e o sistema de leis baseado em produtos materiais característicos do século passado, da qual uma das características é o investimento de recursos públicos e privados na educação de um lado e a tentativa das grandes empresas de restringir o acesso aos textos por outro lado.ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the existence of tension between a society increasingly focused on scanned knowledge, and the system of laws based on material products characteristic of the last century, one of these characteristic is the investment of public and private resources in education from one side and the attempt of large companies to restrict access to the texts on the other side.
