Abstract: While numerical technologies are massively spreading in society, in the public space, and in private lives, they also become more and more tangible and multiform. They offer brand new opportunities for museums, both in mediation facilities and exhibition spaces that can benefit from the versatility of these technologies without giving up the sensitive experience approach. Due to their propensity to transform organisations, the visitor's status and the production methods, they question the very base of museums.
