Abstract: Acute coronary syndromes (ACS) have a big significance among cardiovascular diseases but in Ecuador there has not been a statistical anatomic analysis of coronary lesions through angioplasty to aloud us compare our studied population with the rest of Latin-American countries’ population. Objective: Determine the coronary dominance frequency and localization of coronary lesions in patients with suspicion of ACS and to compare them with international research so we can establish a national record.
