Abstract: This article analyze the different phases in the planning from the descriptive works in a company file, from the accomplishment of the classification picture to the edition of the instruments of description and the use of the technologies of archive of images in documents. Finally, the documentary guidelines to elaborate a guide of the archive, procedures and sources occur.
