Abstract: Norway is a relatively large, sparsely populated country. Siting nuclear reactors in a few, remote centers should be feasible there. It is suggested that Norway, in deciding whether to go nuclear, ought to interpret ''nuclear'' as implying a siting policy that confines reactors to a few centers. Many of the arguments against going nuclear would thereby be removed.
