Abstract: The paper presents a summarised theoretical backgground on leaders' spiritual intelligence (SI) and the service quality of organization research. The scientific basic of this article is the integration of two key insights related to different areas - spiritual intelligence and service quality of organisation. The problem of this article is formulated as question: wath are the links between leader's spiritual intelligence and service quality of organisation?
