Abstract: This study looks at the effects of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and individual factors on turnover intentions of construction engineers. It makes use of samples of the construction engineers from the engineering design department of Taiwanese engineering consultant companies. From the results of a logistic regression analysis, normative commitment as well as job satisfaction were found to significantly impact construction engineers' turnover intentions.
