Abstract: Recently four strips of parchment have turned up; they contain parts of two psalm verses in Latin, and a few Frisian words.Judging by the handwriting these strips are older than the text and glosses on the fragment of parchment in the Groningen University Library (UB Groningen Hs. 404).* Der Titel wurde dem ersten Kapitel von Hir is escriven (Bremmer 2004) entnommen.
