Abstract: Supported lipid bilayers are frequently used to study cell membrane protein dynamics during immune synapse formation by T cells.Here we describe methods for the imaging and analysis of OT1 + T cell activation and T-cell receptor \(TCR) dynamics on lipid bilayers.
