Isolated Microspherophakia Presenting with Angle-Closure Glaucoma

Abstract: We report a case of 13-year-old girl presenting to our clinic with blurred vision in both eyes. Ophthalmic examination revealed high myopia and angle-closure glaucoma due to pupillary block caused by small, spherical crystalline lenses. Treatment approaches to glaucoma in patients with microspherophakia are discussed in this case report.
