A Case of Primary Malignant Lymphoma of the Spleen Associated with Hepatocellular Carcinoma.

Abstract: 症例は49歳男性.以前より肝硬変および脾腫を指摘され近医通院中であったが, 1987年3月左側胸部痛を訴え当院受診した.超音波検査, computed tomography検査, Gaシンチグラフィーなどにて, 脾原発悪性リンパ腫を疑い脾摘出術を行った.脾割面では充実性・弾性硬, 境界明瞭の最大7cm最小3cmの腫瘍を3個認めた.組織診断はmalignant lymphoma, diffuse large cell type (Bcell) であった.術後, CHOP療法を6クール施行し退院した.外来にて経過観察中, 2年1か月後肝細胞癌を指摘され, 経皮的エタノール注入療法を行った.脾摘後4年を経過した現在, 悪性リンパ腫は再発の徴候なく肝細胞癌は縮小している.
