Abstract: The synthesis of the analogs of bradykinin listed in the title are described in which glycine residue in 4-position of bradykinin, 6-L-threonine-bradykinin, and their 6-O-acetyl compound is substituted for another amino acid residues having bulky side chain. The biological activity of the ten analogs is compared with that of bradykinin on an isolated guinea pig ileum.
