Abstract: PBRM1mt/BAP1wt and 33.6 for BAP1wt/PBRM1wt.The CSS for these three groups can be seen in Figure 1.Log-rank testing shows the curves to be significantly different with a p-value of 0.004.CONCLUSIONS: BAP1 and PBRM1 mutational status gives us three groups that demonstrate prognostic significance in patients with stage IV ccRCC undergoing cytoreductive nephrectomy.This stratification may aid in clinical decisions to initiate treatment after surgery, even in those with low volume or stable metastatic disease burden.
