Improvement of management performance in the School System

Abstract: An increasing awareness of the importance of \nactivating long-term positive relations between scholastic \ninstitutions, students, families, governmental authority and other \nstructures of public Administration is crucial for a real autonomy \nin school management. Few resources, rapid changes of the \ncharacteristics that influence educational system, high demand \nfor managerial skill and operational autonomy, impose the \ncapability to optimize performance, transparency of behaviour \nand results. In this ambit, is critical an effectiveness \naccountability system as starting point for the improvement of \nthe relations between the schools and their stakeholders. The \nstudy propose the sharing and the organization of the \ninformation to create a Network of Sustainability Reports as \nlever for an effectiveness stakeholders engagement. The approach \nproposed is to optimize performance management cycle of the \nscholastic institutions and the employment of public resource.
