Abstract: This paper provides an overview of forces affecting the curriculum being implemented in the technical and further education system in Australia. It raises points of impact on the teaching process and discusses the role that libraries will play in the delivery of the curriculum, in particular from the resourcing perspective. Technological processes that can be used to assist in the provision of resources and services under these conditions are suggested.
