Abstract: The effect of early response of AML to induction chemotherapy on transplant outcomes is not well-characterized. We hypothesize that higher blast count in an early post-induction bone marrow biopsy (Day 14 marrow) is associated with inferior outcomes after allogeneic HCT for AML in first remission (CR1).
